Privacy Policy

Last updated August 20, 2026. Plain-language version of how we handle your data — if anything here is unclear, email us and we'll clarify.

Who this applies to

This policy covers Porn Biz Pro (“we,” “us”) and everyone who visits this site or creates an account, regardless of where you’re located. If you’re in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland, the sections on legal basis and your rights below are written with GDPR in mind; if you’re in California, you have equivalent rights under the CCPA. This site is intended for adults 18 and older, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Cookies

We use one category of cookie: strictly necessary/functional cookies, specifically the session cookie our authentication provider (Supabase) sets when you log in. It’s what keeps you signed in as you move between pages and lets your course progress, badges, and saved tool results stay attached to your account. Without it, the dashboard and course tracking simply can’t function.

We do not use advertising cookies or any third-party tracking or retargeting scripts. If that ever changes, we’ll update this section and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set — we won’t retroactively expand what this policy describes.

Analytics

We run our own first-party, cookieless analytics — no Google Analytics, no third-party tracking pixels. Instead of a cookie, each visitor is identified by a one-way hash of the date, a truncated version of their IP address, and their browser’s user agent string. That hash changes every day and can’t be reversed to identify a person or device — it exists only so we can count roughly how many distinct people visited, not who they are.

We use this to see which pages and lessons get read, roughly how much traffic the site gets, and which external sites send us visitors. Because nothing is stored on your device, this collection doesn’t require cookie consent under GDPR — but we’re telling you about it here anyway, since transparency shouldn’t depend on what the law strictly requires.

Separately, actions you take while signed in — completing a lesson, saving a tool result, earning a badge — are already tied to your account, for the same reason your course progress page works at all. That’s product functionality, not analytics tracking, and it’s covered under “Information we collect” below.

Information we collect

Directly from you, when you create an account or use the site:

  • Display name (a pseudonym is fine — we don’t require your legal name)
  • Email address and password (or your Google/Facebook/X account, if you sign up that way)
  • Anything you save into a tool — for example, the income and cost figures you enter into the Net Income Calculator
  • Your own course progress, quiz results, and earned badges

Automatically, from your use of the site: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) that our hosting and database providers collect for security and reliability — we don’t layer any additional tracking on top of this.

How we use it

  • To run your account: authentication, course/quiz progress, badges, and saved tool results
  • To operate and secure the site, and to diagnose bugs
  • To respond if you contact us

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising or share it with data brokers.

Who we share it with

Only the infrastructure providers that make the site work: our hosting provider and Supabase, which stores account and application data on our behalf under its own data- processing terms. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone else.

Some pages on this site (mainly Reviews) contain affiliate links to third-party tools and services. Clicking one takes you to that company’s own site, which has its own privacy policy we don’t control. See the Reviews page for our affiliate disclosure.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete the associated personal data within a reasonable time, except where we’re required to keep something longer for legal or security reasons.

Your rights

Wherever you’re located, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it. If you’re in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, this reflects your GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; if you’re in California, this reflects your CCPA rights to know, delete, and opt out. To exercise any of these, email us at cindy@pornbizpro.com — most account data can also be deleted directly from your dashboard.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how we handle your data — including adding any new category of cookie — we’ll update this page and the date above, and ask for fresh consent if the change requires it.
